Go to Edit ==> Preferences in Shutter and insert this line in the Filename field: 
screenshot_on_%F_%A_at_%H:%M:%S_of_$name_%NNN
You should also have a Screenshots folder, otherwise it'll clutter you Documents folder or Desktop (like on Mac)
